Zenith Accounts operates as a mobile bookkeeping service within the metropolitan area of Brisbane. The bookkeeping services we provide are flexible and tailored to your needs: from detailed and regular to simple and infrequent. In addition, we are adaptable regarding the times and locations we are available to work. If you are located within 35 kms of the Brisbane CBD, we are able to come to your home or business premises to discuss your bookkeeping requirements.

If you feel your bookkeeping work can be completed off-site, we also offer this service with weekly, monthly or quarterly meetings to ensure all data entry is being captured. We can pick up your paperwork as required or you can post it to our secure PO Box address: PO Box 769, Morningside, QLD 4071.

• We are able to work onsite at your premises or at our own home office, or a combination of the two.

• We maintain all the latest MYOB AccountRight software versions.

• Communication with clients is via onsite visits, email, fax or Australia Post. Large files can be transferred online via our secure file transfer facility.

• All work and client confidentiality is guaranteed.

• We can accommodate your individual bookkeeping requirements by working a few hours a week to few hours a month or a quarter, depending upon the nature of your business.

• We work closely with your accountant to ensure everything is being done as efficiently as possible.

• We are a registered BAS Tax Agent with the Tax Practitioners Board and are in compliance with the new bookkeeping law in Australia.

• You will never be late in lodging your BAS or GST Returns. We will manage your deadlines for you and, as we are Tax Agents, all of our clients enjoy extended lodgement dates.
